Lathyrus blepharicarpos

Λάθυρος ο βλεφαρίκαρπος
There aren approximately 160 Lathyrus species around the world of which 14 are found in Cyprus. This one has vivid orange colour and lanceolate leaves. Blepharicarpos comes from the Greek “Βλέφαρο” meaning “eyelid” and “καρπός” which means “fruit”.
